Kelly joined Velocity in March of 2023 as Vice President of Property Management. She brings over 20 years of property management experience in real estate development in both private and public sectors. Prior firms include: PCM Services (Project Coordinator), Federal Realty Investment Trust (Property Manager), American Continental Property Group (Senior Property Manager) and most recently Brixmor Property Group as Director of Property Management. Kelly’s role as Vice President of Property Management provides executive level leadership and guidance to all phases of the property management function throughout our portfolio.

Scott joined Velocity’s property management vertical in September of 2021. He is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of his portfolio including facility operation, contract procurement, financial management, financial reporting, and liability identification & mitigation. Prior to joining Velocity, Scott managed over 1.7 million square feet of Class A commercial property assets in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware for over 14 years.

Scott is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA) and achieved his Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation through the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI). He is a graduate of Randolph-Macon College where he earned a B.A. in Political Science.

Tim is a native of Bucks County Pennsylvania and joined Velocity Ventures Partners in August 2020 as a Senior Property Manager. Tim previously spent 40 years in the roofing industry in many capacities ranging from installation and project management to estimating and sales.

Chris joined Velocity Venture Partners in January 2023, as a Senior Property Manager overseeing the NJ portfolio. Chris has over 30 years of property management experience managing various properties in the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware markets. Chris has a B.S. in Business Administration and currently resides in Camden County, NJ.

Brian joined Velocity in 2025 and brings with him over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. He began his career as a leasing associate with Newmark Knight Frank and then eventually moved into the field of property management working for First Properties Corp. Brian also spent several years as Vice President of Real Estate Operations for Schlosser Property Management. Prior to joining Velocity, he was the Real Estate Asset Manager for the Northeast Region for ABC Supply Co. Within the Velocity portfolio, he is responsible for the oversight of 2M+ square feet of assets. Brian is a graduate of Wittenberg University and currently resides in Bucks County, PA.

Brandon is a native of Bucks County and joined Velocity in January of 2022 as an Assistant Property Manager. Brandon is a graduate of Wesley College in Dover, DE. Prior to joining the team, he was a Purchasing Manager for a helicopter manufacturing company.

With experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Jaime joined Velocity with over a decade of experience in commercial real estate. He is focused on all facets of our New Jersey Property Management vertical. Prior to joining us, he was with SSH Real Estate and more recently, AMI Management.
