Pat joined Velocity in 2024 as In-House Counsel and is responsible for all aspects of Velocity’s property financings and oversees day to day legal matters for the portfolio. He focuses on commercial real estate, real estate acquisitions and financings with a concentration on asset purchases and sales. Pat also possesses wide-ranging experience handling tax assessment appeals and loan servicing.

Bria recently joined Velocity in the Fall of 2023. She is a graduate of Delaware Valley University where she earned both her bachelor’s in accounting and her MBA.  Prior to joining us, she was a Property Accountant with Workspace Property Trust and BrightView Landscape. Her role at Velocity will be to oversee the lease documentation process, entering leases into Yardi, drafting commencement memos, and working with outside brokers on commission agreements/invoices.

Amy joined Velocity’s Legal team in the fall of 2024 as a Paralegal. Prior to joining Velocity, she worked for Posternock Apell PC as a Real Estate Paralegal where she quarterbacked real estate closings and provided administrative support to the Partners. She brings over 2 decades of experience with the last 6 years focused on real estate dispositions and acquisitions.
