Pat joined Velocity’s legal team after nearly three years at Rudolph Clarke, a locally-based municipal law firm where he focused on tax assessment appeals. Prior to joining Rudolph Clarke, Pat served as in house counsel for an investment fund focused on real estate backed receivables and as vice president for a local specialty lender. Pat has a BA from Penn State and a JD from Temple University. In his role as In-House Counsel, he is responsible for all aspects of Velocity’s property financings and day-to-day legal matters for the portfolio. Pat also brings wide-ranging experience handling tax assessment appeals and loan servicing.

Bria joined Velocity in 2023 after stints at Workspace Property Trust and BrightView Landscapes. She is a graduate of Delaware Valley University where she earned both her bachelor’s in accounting and her MBA. Bria’s role at Velocity oversees lease documentation, tenant onboarding and brokerage commissions.

Amy joined Velocity’s Legal team in the fall of 2024 as a Paralegal. Prior to joining Velocity, she worked for Posternock Apell PC as a Real Estate Paralegal where she quarterbacked real estate closings and provided administrative support to the Partners. She brings over 2 decades of experience with the last 6 years focused on real estate dispositions and acquisitions.
