Dylan joined Velocity in January of 2025 as our Director of Leasing. He started his career as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor for Cresa where he exclusively represented tenants in commercial real estate transactions. Following Cresa, he spent a few years in several sales roles which included an array of industries such as real estate, SaaS, and FinTech. He would later join Lee & Associates as a Senior Associate where he provided advisory and tenant representation services. Dylan is a graduate of Temple University with a bachelor’s in business administration. In his free time, he practices Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and enjoys biking, running, and yoga.

Rob is a native of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and came onboard our Acquisitions vertical in 2022. He attended Bloomsburg University and graduated with a B.S.B.A in Marketing. Prior to joining Velocity, he was an Account Manager at TForce Freight in the South Jersey Market. Rob is a member of the deal team with a main focus on uncovering and closing new property acquisitions.

Nate joined Velocity in December of 2023 as our Leasing & Marketing Coordinator. He provides overall support and assistance to Velocity’s in-house leasing team while also managing Velocity’s overall marketing efforts. Nate is a proud graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Prior to joining Velocity, Nate worked as an Athletics Marketing Specialist for Villanova University. He was born and raised in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and currently resides in Doylestown.
