John joined Velocity Venture Partners with more than thirty years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. As prior COO for the company, he now serves as Senior Advisor, providing strategic guidance and high-level support to the company’s senior leaders. Prior to joining Velocity Venture Partners, John held executive management positions at several national and regional real estate development companies including: The Goldenberg Group, CBRE, Simon Property Group, Pettinaro Real Estate, Preferred Real Estate Investments, Kramont Realty Trust, and The Kravco Company. John has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from James Madison University. He is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA), the Commercial Industrial Realty Council (CIRC) and is active in various civic and community organizations.

Mike joined Velocity in 2024 and brings with him over 30 years of asset/property management, operations, finance, and accounting experience in commercial real estate. Previously, Mike spent time with several real estate companies throughout the Philadelphia region – including Kramont Realty Trust, Brixmor Properties Group, Madison Marquette and most recently The Goldenberg Group as their Senior Vice President of Asset Management and Accounting. Mike’s role as Senior Vice President of Asset Management will provide executive level leadership and guidance to all verticals within the company.

Greg grew up in Bucks County and currently resides in Holland, Pennsylvania. He has spent his entire career in the construction industry in various positions and his last 30 years with Jeffrey M. Brown Associates. In his role as JMB’s Chief Operating Officer, Greg was responsible for overseeing all construction operations, estimating, accounting, administration, human resources, marketing and business development. He completed projects from Boston to Virginia across a wide range of product types – including warehouses, shopping centers, hotels, office buildings and apartments. Greg enjoys spending his off time in the Pocono Mountains with his family.
