Bill grew up in Philadelphia and currently lives in Montgomery County, PA. He earned his MBA and BS degrees from Drexel University. After starting his career with KPMG, Bill has spent his entire career in real estate with both private and public companies, including Orleans Homebuilders, Iacobucci Homes and most recently The Goldenberg Group as their CFO for 16 years. Bill’s role as CFO provides executive level leadership and guidance to all phases of the company’s finance, accounting, and investor relations operations.

John is a native of Cherry Hill, NJ and has resided in Chester County, PA for the past 30+ years. John has spent his entire 40+ year career in commercial real estate where he has held executive management positions with several real estate firms in the Tri-State area. He previously served as Velocity's Chief Operating Officer and now as Senior Executive Advisor - offering strategic guidance to Velocity leadership. John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University. He enjoys spending his summers in Stone Harbor, NJ and the Outer Banks.

Greg grew up in Bucks County and currently resides in Holland, Pennsylvania. He has spent his entire career in the construction industry in various positions and his last 30 years with Jeffrey M. Brown Associates. In his role as JMB’s Chief Operating Officer, Greg was responsible for overseeing all construction operations, estimating, accounting, administration, human resources, marketing and business development. He completed projects from Boston to Virginia across a wide range of product types – including warehouses, shopping centers, hotels, office buildings and apartments. Greg enjoys spending his off time in the Pocono Mountains with his family.

Mike joined Velocity in 2024 and brings with him over 30 years of asset/property management, operations, finance, and accounting experience in commercial real estate. Previously, Mike spent time with several real estate companies throughout the Philadelphia region – including Kramont Realty Trust, Brixmor Properties Group, Madison Marquette and most recently The Goldenberg Group as their Senior Vice President of Asset Management and Accounting. Mike’s role as Senior Vice President of Asset Management provides executive level leadership and guidance to all verticals within the Velocity. He was born and raised in Delaware County, PA and currently lives in Bucks County, PA.
